Free Shipping:  We offer free shipping for orders over $20. This is automatically applied at checkout. We ship to the United States (contiguous US + Hawaii). Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days.

Free Returns + Exchanges:  We also offer free returns and size exchanges, to make gifting easy.

Need to start a return or exchange? To start, send us an email at hi@thebreakactive.com from the email address you used to place your order. Please include the item(s) you’d like to return, and let us know whether you need another size for an exchange, or just return it for a refund. (Please note exchanges are dependent on stock availability.) As soon as your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you a shipping label with further instructions via email.

We accept returns and exchanges received within 30 days of their original ship date, so please ship items back at your earliest convenience. Also, be sure to use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff, as we're unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order.
